Minimalist, cohesive design with precise and discreet fixtures
Home Theater
A cozy, intimate home theater with layered lighting that balances mood and function. Narrow beam downlights highlight the table, wall lamps provide perfect reading light by the sofa, and Tolomeo lamps by Artemide add a touch of luxury and warmth. Clip-on spots elegantly showcase the bookcase shelves, making the space both inviting and versatile.
Guest Room
The lighting in this guest bedroom is designed to be subtle, elegant, and functional. Discrete wall washers gently illuminate the bedroom wall, creating the illusion of higher ceilings in this low-space room. On one side of the bed, the luxurious Drip/Drop floor lamp by Bover provides stylish illumination where no table is possible, while a small, discreet table lamp balances the other side. Downlights are carefully aimed toward the bottom of the bed, highlighting the poufs without disturbing anyone in bed. The result is a layered, comfortable atmosphere that feels both refined and inviting.
Living room
Designed as a gallery-like space, the lighting highlights the client’s impressive art collection without reflections on the glass. Powerful fixtures bring clarity to the double-height room, while the minimalist design keeps all attention on the art. A crisp 3000K white light enhances the vibrant tones and maintains the clean, modern atmosphere.
Dining Room
Continuing the home’s minimalist aesthetic, the dining room lighting is subtle and sophisticated. In this area, where the ceiling height is lower, four Minus One fixtures by Apure gently wash the white marble table, creating a soft, flattering glow for guests. On the sleek, minimalist sideboard, concealed LED tape lighting turns the wall into a luminous white canvas, visually connecting the space with the art-filled living room beyond.
Kitchen
Embracing the home’s extreme minimalist aesthetic, the kitchen features a stainless steel counter accented by blue tones of the art wall. Linear fixtures run along the perimeter of the cabinetry, creating a clean, continuous glow, while discreet downlights illuminate the central counter and lunch table. At the kitchen entrance, a photographic art wall is softly lit with recessed wall washers, blending functionality and artistry in a refined, contemporary composition.
Staircase
Connecting the home’s three levels, the staircase is illuminated with precision and restraint. With a low concrete ceiling that prevented the use of downlights, Erubo fixtures by Kreon with hexlouver lenses were specified to gently highlight the artwork on each landing. The result is a seamless vertical gallery that feels both architectural and intimate.
